Does your business support the life you actually want to live?
Numbers for Freedom™ defines what your business actually has to produce to fund the life you want, and rebuilds the plan around that.
Who this is for
Most owners we meet are in one of two situations
You're succeeding without benefiting
From the outside it looks great. Revenue is up, clients are happy. You're paying everyone else while still doing math on what you can afford. The business is winning. You're not.
You're burning out
The business works. Revenue comes in, clients get served, the machine keeps running. But it's running you, and the more you put in, the less you seem to get back.
Both end up in the same place. You're working toward a number, and nobody ever asked whether it was the right one.
The number you never chose
Almost every owner is working toward at least one goal that isn’t truly theirs. A million in revenue. Twenty percent margin. Double last year. Whatever the room you're in happens to talk about.
They didn’t consciously pick it. It arrived. And once it's in your head, every decision quietly optimizes for it. You take the client that grows revenue and costs you weekends. You reinvest instead of paying yourself. You hire ahead of the need because growth is the goal.
Then you hit the goal and it doesn't feel like anything. So you up the target. And things repeat themselves - goal achieved, lack of satisfaction.
That's not a motivation problem. It's how the target is being defined.
From vision to a monthly target
At the center of the framework is a single, defining figure: the amount your business needs to consistently generate to fully support the life you've designed.
Not a generic revenue goal. Your number - based on how you want to spend your time, how you want to live, and what role you want to play in your business.
It’s personal and it’s fixed. Two owners with identical businesses will have completely different numbers, and that’s the point
Once you know it, everything changes. Growth has a target. Decisions have a filter. And you can tell the difference between an opportunity and a distraction.
What you get
An honest picture of today
Where the money actually goes, in the business and in your life. Most owners find at least one thing here they were sure about and wrong about.
Your number, calculated
Not estimated. Built from what your life costs, what you owe, and what you want to put away. This is the session clients tell us they think about for months afterward.
The gap, and the ways to close it
We model the real paths between what the business produces now and what it has to produce. Pricing, mix, capacity, cost. You see the tradeoffs side by side instead of one at a time.
A roadmap you'd actually follow
What changes, in what order, by when. Written down, with the reasoning attached, so it still makes sense to you in March.
Clean books, not just a plan
The Diagnostic runs first, and whatever historical cleanup it turns up is included. We don't build a plan on numbers we haven't verified, and you don't get a surprise invoice for fixing what we found.
What it costs
Numbers for Freedom™ starts at $12,500
That covers the Diagnostic, historical cleanup, all four working sessions, and the written roadmap.
Cleanup being included is deliberate. Most firms quote it separately once they're already in your books, which means you find out what you owe after you've committed. We take it into scope up front. The number you're quoted is the number you pay, and we carry the risk of what we find.
Ongoing accounting and advisory are a separate conversation, and not one you have to have to do this.
When this is the right fit
The NUMBERS FOR FREEDOM™ framework is designed for business owners who are ready to be intentional - not just busy. Businesses that see the most value from our framework tend to have annual revenue of $700,000 or more.
Beyond revenue, the right fit looks like this:
You've built something real but want clarity on what it's building toward
You're tired of reactive financial decisions
You care about both business performance and personal fulfillment
You want a partner, not just a vendor
You're willing to redesign, not just optimize
Find out what your number actually is
Let's start with a conversation. We'll listen to where you are, share where we think you could go, and tell you honestly if this is the right starting point - including if it isn’t.
